What we use

This site uses exactly one type of cookie:

• Session cookie (strictly necessary): set when you sign in, so the site knows you're authenticated. It contains no tracking data, is not shared with any third party, and is deleted automatically when it expires or when you sign out.

What we don't use

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party marketing pixels. Our usage analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookie-free — it reports aggregated page-view counts without setting a cookie or fingerprinting your device.

Do we need your consent?

Because the only cookie we set is strictly necessary to keep you signed in, most cookie-consent laws (including the ePrivacy rules underlying GDPR-region consent banners) do not require a consent banner for it. We still show a one-time notice on your first visit for transparency, and you can revisit this page any time.

Third-party embeds

If an event has a repository link attached (e.g. a Google Drive file), opening or previewing it loads content directly from Google's servers, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. We don't control those cookies.

Managing cookies

You can clear cookies at any time from your browser settings; doing so will simply sign you out.
