Terms of Service

1. Purpose and eligibility

This tool ("the Service") is an internal calendar and officer directory built for FIT iTamaraws Esports Club ("the Club"). It is invite-only: access requests must be submitted with your real name and student number and are subject to manual approval by a Club administrator. We may deny or revoke access at our discretion, including by blacklisting a student number after a denied request.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify an administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for legitimate Club planning and administration.
  • Do not submit false identity information or impersonate another member.
  • Do not attempt to access data or admin functions you have not been granted.
  • Do not upload or link to unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

4. Content you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit (officer details, event details, document links). Repository links you attach must point to content you have the right to share.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is," free of charge, for internal Club use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee the accuracy of officer availability calculations; always confirm scheduling directly with officers for critical events.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Club and the individuals who built or administer this tool are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Service itself at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, particularly for violations of these Terms or upon your departure from the Club.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
